PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing superior seedbed from organic waste matters like food waste, animal waste, agricultural and marine by-products, by-products, food factory by-products, which activates the growth of plants and soil bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: injecting the organic waste matters into an organic waste matter-injecting and storing tank(1) after pretreating; injecting the organic waste matters into a blender(3) from the organic waste matter-injecting and storing tank(1) and then adding soil of fields and mountains, yellow soil, clay, sawdust, chaff, leaf mold, peat moss, dried sphagnum moss, bark, coconut peat, zeolite, chaff activated carbon, red soil, slaked lime, calcined dolomite, and etc. to the organic waste matters; stirring and mixing in a mixer(4); fermenting and aging in a fermenting and aging facility(6) after turning the mixture upside down by a rotary mixer(7); removing extraneous matters in an extraneous matter-separating device(10). To ferment and age, a culture solution of a humifying bacteria and a soil bacteria being symbiosis with the humifying bacteria is supplied to the organic waste matter-injecting and storing tank(1) and the blender(3). |
