<p>The device is built of a base unit (1) and at least one supplementary unit (2). The base unit (1) comprises a data radio transceiver (3) connected to microprocessor (4) to which also a sensor (5) is coupled, in the form of a navigational apparatus ensuring information about azimuth and/or tilt angles of the body the positions of which is monitored. The output of the microprocessor (4) is connected to display (6) and to the signaling unit (7).
