FIELD: devices for continuous preparation of mixtures of loose materials; food-processing, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer has vertical taper housing, taper receiving guide unit, cover with loading branch pipes for delivery of starting materials and hollow drive shafts on which hollow thin-walled truncated cones (outer and inner) are mounted concentrically with their lower bases downward; said truncated cones rotate in opposite directions. Construction of mixer provides for organization of motion of leading and crossing dispersed flows and reverse re-circulation. Motion of leading flows is performed due to availability of two rows of ports on surface of inner cone. Reverse re-circulation is ensured due to torus-shaped reflector at vertex of outer cone. EFFECT: improved quality of mixture due to rotation of inner and outer cones in opposite directions. 2 dwg |
