PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a diaper, including the necessity of replacing even in a case where it is wet only with urine, making a special function incorporated in the diaper especially for stool useless. SOLUTION: The diaper is furnished with an impermeable back sheet 13, a top sheet 16 arranged on the back sheet 13 and, at least the longitudinal two sides of which are integrally joined to the back sheet 13, a stool separation opening 17 formed in the crotch area of the top sheet 16, extensible elastic members 18a, 18b, 18c and 18d joined to the top sheet 16 in an extended state as if to surround the stool separation opening 17, an absorptive pad removal opening 22 to put in and out an absorptive pad 21 formed in the front of the back sheet 13, extended along the opening 11 around the waste, and arranged between the back sheet 13 and the top sheet 16. |
