CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor memory system including a memory module connected to a divided system data bus includes a memory controller(201), system data buses(215,217) of N number, and the first to the Pth memory module groups(203,209). The system data buses(215,217) of N number are connected to the memory controller(201). The first to the P-th memory module groups(203,209) are connected to the system data buses(215,217) of N number, respectively.
