PURPOSE: A compressing device for discharging a Giro paper of an unmanned Giro public imposts settlement device is provided to correctly return the Giro paper heaped in a crumbled or swelled state without being caught to an exit in case that the Giro paper is returned by an error or customer's need during an online settlement process. CONSTITUTION: After scanning the Giro paper inputted through an inlet, the Giro paper is transferred/stored in a receiving part(230). While the receiving part receiving the Giro paper is elevated to a return box or a collection box by an elevating part(240), the Giro paper is returned or collected by pushing the Giro paper to the return box of the outside or the collection box of the inside depending on a process state. The compressing device(400) making a cam(420) eccentrically rotated by a motor(M) elevate a compressing plate(440) is installed to an upper part of the receiving part of a receiving device(200). |
