摘要 FIELD: automation of gas-shielded and submerged arc welding; applicable in various branches of mechanical engineering in manufacture of welded structures. SUBSTANCE: input of welding voltage pickup is connected to arc power source, and output is connected to the first input of the first divider. Output of welding current intensity pickup is connected to the second input of the first divider. Output of the first divider is connected to input of band-pass filter and to input of Schmitt flip-flop whose output is connected to input of the first analog switch and via inverter to input of the second analog switch. Control inputs of the first and second analog switches are connected to output of scanning phase pickup. Outputs of the first analog switch are connected to the first and second ripple filters. Outputs of the second analog switch are connected to input of the third and fourth of ripple filters. The second input of the second divider is connected to output of the third ripple filter. The second input of the third divider is connected to output of the fourth ripple filter. Outputs of the second and third dividers are connected with inputs of comparator whose output is connected to summer input. The second input of summer is connected with output of low-pass filter. Summer output is connected to amplifier input. EFFECT: higher quality of welded joint in welding with short circuits. 1 dwg
