METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS REMOVING ORBITAL HYPERTELORISM, EXORBITISM, BRACHYCEPHALIA AND HYPOPLASIA OF MIDDLE FACIAL AREA

FIELD: medicine, craniofacial surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out frontal trepanation and cut frontal osseous bridge so, that its distal ends may include parts of temporal bone squama. Then one should resect frontal-nasal-ethmoid complex, cut central frontal- nasal-ethmoid fragment. Round orbital osteotomy should be performed. Frontal bone should be rotated for the angle of 180 deg. Orbital departments should be medially replaced. Then all cut fragments should be put forward by steadily increasing the volume in all orbital departments. Fragments should be fixed. The present innovation enables to improve functional and esthetic results of therapy. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 5 dwg, 1 ex
