FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has L-shaped telescopic support like cantilever having fixed lower part rigidly attached to operation table and movable upper part having two crossed bars with pulleys at the end articulated to it. Upper ends of flexible tie threads attached to fixing locks composed of two cylinders and spring mechanism movable by means of traveling threaded union members in required direction. Articulated connection of crossed bars is usable for changing direction and tension angle. Fixing locks are mounted on lower ends of tie threads composed of two cylinders and spring mechanism. The upper movable part is fixed at given altitude by means of telescopic clamp. EFFECT: provided required space for performing abdominal laparoscopic operations. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
