The present invention provides scientific basis for design of the anti- Alzheimer treatment by blocking mRNA dendritic transport in direction from neuronal somata to senil e plaques. Scientific rationale for this treatment comes from a discovery of dendritic origin of senile plaques. Particular interest is given to the design anti-Alzheimer's therapy a early disease stage (presenile Alzheimer stage). At early disease stage immature senile plaques import mRNAs from the cell bodies whereas at late stages the mature plaques do not Interruptio n of mRNA flow from cell body to immature plaque seems to be possible within a time window of presenile stage. This invention is also a basis for designing a technical therapy procedure including in vitro and in vivo prototype technique, pre-clinical animal model and clinical human model to combat the disease.
