FIELD: corrosion protection. ^ SUBSTANCE: metal surface is treated with aqueous solution containing zinc, nitrate, nickel, and chlorate ions and, when fine-crystalline corrosion-resistant phosphate coating is to obtain at phosphatation temperature 30-45 within a period of time 2 to 10 min, aqueous solution additionally contains calcium ions, concentrations of ions being the following, g/L: Zn2+ 1.527-3.225, P2O5 4.347-8.385, NO-3 0.822-1.935, Ni2+ 0.023-0.086, ClO-3 0.587-1.505, Ca2+ 0.06-0.157. Method is suitable in mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering, and can also be applied when performing phosphatation of passenger compartments and bodies of cars and trucks. ^ EFFECT: reduced phosphatation temperature and time, lowered surface density of coating and consumption of phosphate concentrate, and avoided use of correcting solution. ^ 3 ex |
