PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for manufacturing reflective sheet and a reflective sheet using the same as are provided to improve the reflective power of the reflective sheet by enhancing a refraction index of light by pressing a hot melt film on the reflective sheet with a retro-reflective function, forming uneven parts in a fine honeycomb shape and minimizing a micro-reflective area of light. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the reflective sheet includes an upper roller(4) with a uneven pattern in a honeycomb shape on the circumference surface; a lower roller(5) positioned to correspond to the upper roller(4) to press a fabric sheet(2) and a hot melt film(3) put in between the upper and lower rollers(4,5) by the projected part with the uneven pattern; a conveyer(6) positioned to continuously move the hot melt film(3) and the fabric sheet(2) between the upper and lower rollers(4,5); and a heater(7) for heating the upper roller(4) at a predetermined temperature. The reflective sheet includes a fabric sheet forming a micro-prism so that light is reflective; and a hot melt film to prevent water from inflowing by being adhered closely to the surface of the fabric sheet where the micro-prism is formed and bonding the projected part with the uneven pattern as the upper roller with the uneven pattern in the honeycomb shape heats and presses.
