<p>By the inventive method the finished product (14) is taken out of the moulding unit (12) and simultaneously the next blank (7) is charged, as a result of which the time for the treatment of one blank is reduced, the production cycle is also reduced, and the output is increased. Charging of the blank undergoes three phases: horizontal shifting, revolving at 180 degrees above the moulding unit (12) and horizontal shifting to the centre of the mould (12). The machine employing the method includes a supply unit (1) with a feeding conveyor (3), mounted to the frame (4) of the machine. To conveyor (3), arbours (6) are mounted on which blanks (7) are placed. A heating (8) and a cooling (9) unit are fitted along the path of the blanks (7). To the machine are provided a supply manipulator (10), an attachment, supporting the moulding unit (12), an extension arbour (13) connected to a pneumatic system for blowing the blank (7) until the finished product (14) is produced. For removing the finished product (14) a discharge manipulator (15) and an outlet conveyor (16) are also envisaged. The machine can be made of one, two or more moulding units (11). The supply (10) and the discharge (15) manipulator are formed as carriages (17), running along a directrix (18). Carriages (17) perform reciprocating motion by a specified law, from initial to end position and back, and for their driving guiding mechanisms (19) are ensured, getting their movement from the basic drive of the machine (20). To each of the carriages (17) grippers (21) are fitted, supplying and discharging the blanks (7). To the carriage of the supply manipulator (10) a revolving mechanism (24) is mounted, performing the revolving of gripper (21) and simultaneously with it - of the fitted blank (7) at 180 degrees for its positioning into attachment (11) with the mould (12). 5 claims, 10 figures</p> |
