The mixed salad is composed of three ingredients i.e. aventicum, wild rucola and calendula. The plants are selected manually and fed to a cutter, and the cuttings are passed into a bath enriched with oxygen. The wet salads are dried by vibration, in an air flow or in a centrifuge, to be packed into bags without a dressing.
