FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for correction of microecologic disturbances in bronchial tree using aerosol administration method in cases of chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive bronchitis. Strains producers of prebiotic "Biosporin", Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis grown on meat-peptone agar for 18-24 h at 37 C are flushed from the surface of nutritive medium with distilled water. Mixture of their suspensions in distilled water at ratio 1:3 is prepared to provide concentration of 20 billions microbial bodies/ml (according to special turbidity standard). Resultant bacterial suspension is subjected to thermolysis for 60-70 C at 70-80 C. After that, thermolysis product is liberated from remaining bacterial cells and cellular detritus by centrifugation at 3000 rpm and filtration through cellulose filter no. 3 into glass vessel.
