FIELD: combination type mechanisms with complex motion of outlet links used for performing additional operations at maintaining machines, machine tools, presses and other equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes combination type mechanism in the form of transfer mechanism with outlet link and actuating mechanism with driving and outlet links, the last are provided with jaws for clamping articles and drive unit. Driving link of actuating mechanism is rigidly joined with outlet link of transfer mechanism; rocking centers of both links are coincided.
