FIELD: transport engineering; self-propelled vehicles. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic steering drives. Proposed hydraulic steering gear contains hydraulic distributor consisting of housing and hollow rotating-and-reciprocating spool, hollow steering shaft arranged in central hole of spool coupled with spool by screw train, hydraulic motor driven by planetary reduction gear and propeller shaft connected with rotor of hydraulic motor and spool and zero adjuster bushing coupled through elastic member with steering shaft. Novelty is optimization of elastic centering member made up of four leaf springs and four square support plates installed in pairs symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of steering shaft with spring and plates in each pair adjoining over entire area of square surface and with contacting of two pairs of symmetrical springs by convex central parts along line square to longitudinal axis of steering shaft when steering gear is in neutral position. Dimensions of springs, plates and zone of locking of elastic member by parallel walls of widened part of through longitudinal slot of zero adjuster bushing are optimized. Springs are compressed to a solid state and sag of each spring after its setting is optimized. EFFECT: improved reliability in operation and quick return into neutral position. 4 cl, 5 dwg |
