METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY FEEDING COKE USING THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPE DETECTOR

PURPOSE: A method for continuously feeding coke using three-dimensional shape detector is provided to continuously proceed feeding of coke by automatically changing the feeding operation end of reclaimer for feeding coke according to position conditions of coke feeding operation end. CONSTITUTION: In a method for automatically feeding coke from coke pile(1) of coke yard using reclaimer, the method for continuously feeding coke using three-dimensional shape detector comprises first step of detecting position points having the same height corresponding to each operation stage of the reclaimer by detecting shape of the coke pile(1) from three-dimensional shape detector(3) installed at operation room(4) of the reclaimer; second step of calculating the reclaimer feeding operation range of each stage in a travel distance per each operation stage referring to the obtained position points after obtaining initial operation position points in the detected position points; third step of finding a point which most preferentially needs to proceed operation in the initial operation position points on the coke pile; fourth step of proceeding feeding operation by moving bucket(2) of the reclaimer to the determined point which most preferentially needs to proceed operation; and fifth step of continuously proceeding feeding operation by moving the bucket to a stage that is one stage lower than the current operation stage so that the bucket is moved to the initial operation position point corresponding to the stage if feeding is proceeded as much as the travel distance by checking whether feeding of coke is proceeded as much as the determined travel distance or not.
