FIELD: medicine; adhesive composition for arresting bleeding on antihemophilic factor basis. SUBSTANCE: proposed adhesive composition incorporates cryoprecipitate produced by refrigerator centrifuging at 2500 - 3000 rpm for 1 - 1.5 h, its dose having antihemophilic factor of 150 to 220 units of activity, thrombin of 160 to 700 units of activity in 7 to 15 ml of isotonic solution of sodium chloride and 3 to 10 ml of 10% calcium chloride or calcium gluconate. This adhesive composition is characterized in that it can arrest bleeding not only from capillaries but also from small and medium vessels as well as from large areas of tissue.
