FIELD: semiconductors. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to ternary iron and iridium tellurides, which can find use as ferromagnetic materials for creation of constant magnet as well as in multifunctional instruments and integrated microcircuits. Novel ferromagnetic semiconducting material, namely InFeTe3 with Curie temperature 773K is proposed.
