FIELD: environmental monitoring. SUBSTANCE: method comprises sampling water, measuring its optical density, and determining concentration of lignin substances with the aid of calibration curve for standard samples, which are those isolated from sulfite and sulfate lies obtained from enterprises of paper-and-pulp industry. Standard sample from enterprises practicing sulfate digestion is obtained by sulfuric acid precipitation of lignin followed by reprecipitation and extraction with light petroleum and sample from enterprises with sulfite digestion is obtained by precipitation of lignosulfonic acid with complex salt of hexaamminocobalt(III) followed by treatment with ion-exchange resin. EFFECT: increased sensitivity of analysis taking into account of technological features of wood species at different enterprises. 2 cl, 4 dwg |
