Provided is a thick soypaste mixed with red peppers (Korean hot pepper paste; Gochujang) which is improved in storage by using a persimmon and a green tea. The thick soypaste mixed with red peppers comprises 10-25 wt% of a powdered red pepper; 18-38 wt% of a millet jelly; 18-40 wt% of a persimmon; 7-23 wt% of a glutinous rice saccharified liquid; 2-11 wt% of a fermented soybean powder; 2-10 wt% of a green tea; and 3-11 wt% of salt. |
