Recording media casing dispenser for stacking the casing depthwise and an aperture at the bottom of the dispenser for extracting the media casings

A casing dispenser for generally rectangular prismatic recording media casings, having a smaller depth dimension than length or breadth is disclosed. The dispenser has at least one storage module (12) providing a cavity adapted to receive a plurality of casings stacked depthwise. The cavity is defined by a base (14), a front wall (16), a rear wall and two side walls (20) of the module. The module (12) also includes an aperture (22) through the front wall (16) open to the cavity, the aperture extending upwards from the base (14) and dimensioned to allow one of the casings to pass through the front wall (16) via the aperture. The guide means (32) is adapted to displace the lowest of the stacked casings forward of the rear wall to rest on the base (14) partially protruding through the aperture.
