Uses a battery or electrical adapter supply feeding an electronic chip controller, a thin flexible insulating material support (4) for light emitting diodes (LED) or similar technology (3) and end connectors (1,5). The controller can be fed from a transformer to make the lamps illuminate in different ways. A Christmas garland or ant other type of decoration can be constructed in three dimensional form. The luminous band is formed from a thin flexible insulating support (4) fitted at one end with a male connector (1) and at the other with a female connector (5). Engraved on the support are conducting tracks (2) on which are soldered LED diodes (3). The arrangement of the diodes, may be series, parallel or mixed with or without electronic control. The user can connect them to form garlands, motifs or luminous objects. |
