PURPOSE: A method for using a PC phone through call forwarding is provided to register a call forwarding telephone number of the PC phone and talk with an object over the PC phone although the power of the PC phone is turned off. CONSTITUTION: A gatekeeper receives a call forwarding request message including call forwarding number information from a user terminal(S502). The gatekeeper stores received call forwarding number information in a table which stores information of the user terminal(S504). If a call is received in the user terminal(S506), the gatekeeper forwards the received call to a previously stored call forwarding number(S508). Call forwarding number information is stored, and it is simultaneously displayed whether call forwarding is registered.
