A security closure (1; 60; 70) for bottles and the like comprising a pourer body (3), a sleeve (4; 72) having an inner rim (11) for restraining the pourer body (3), a cap-like stopper (5) coupled with the pourer body (3) by a threaded connection (18), and a security band (6; 61; 76), is characterized in that the security band (6; 61; 76) is fitted on the cap-like stopper (5) and comprises a first ring (35; 63; 77) and a second ring (36; 64; 78) in firm engagement with the cap-like stopper (5) and with the cylindrical sleeve (4; 72), respectively, the first and second rings being fixed together in a manner such that they can be separated upon the first unscrewing of the cap-like stopper (5) from the pourer body (3). |
