摘要 FIELD: physical methods for inspection of the state of water and its solutions in various objects, applicable in solution of fundamental and applied problems of water systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method is proposed for determination of the dielectric parameters of water and its solutions with conductivity = 20m S/cm within frequency band 10 kHz to 100 MHz with the aid of a set of inductance solenoids of an identical size (L-cells) connected to the oscillatory circuit of a Q-meter. Due to the fact that the object under inspection is introduced in the L-sells in a dielectric vessel so that the gap between the object and the winding of the measuring cell makes up 4 to 6 mm, the inductive principle of operation of the L-cells is realized owing to the rise of displacement currents of the object under inspection depending on the dielectric parameters of the object. The object dielectric parameters are in a weak rotational electric field of the L-cell, the value of tangent of dielectric field of the L-cell, the value of tangent of dielectric loss angle of the water object at the given frequency is calculated according to a definite relation for , and the dielectric permittivity is characterized by value and calculated according to a definite relation for . The found values of and depend on the quality factor and inductance of the measuring L-cell, if length l and radius r of its winding satisfy condition , 20 mm, and the maximum strength of the rotational electric field inside it equals = 5 to 300 . The method for measurement of the dielectric parameters of water objects is a method of non-destructive inspection procedure of their state, since the strength of electric field inside the L-cell is less than the strength of the field inside the measuring capacitors in the well-known capacitance method of measurement of the same parameters by several orders. As a result, in essence new information on the properties of water systems are revealed, for example, in the frequency band 10 kHz to 100 Mhz, and a low-frequency dispersion of dielectric permeability and low-frequency maximum connected with it is fixed. ^ EFFECT: finding, in addition to , of liquid dielectric permeability is provided, the values of and do not depend on the parameters of the measuring cell. ^ 6 dwg, 2 tbl
