摘要 PURPOSE: A carbon nano fiber synthesizing catalyst capable of controlling shape of carbon nano fiber by controlling conditions of catalyst when manufacturing carbon nano fiber, a method for manufacturing the catalyst, carbon nano fiber using the catalyst and a method for manufacturing the carbon nano fiber are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing carbon nano fiber comprises a step (a) of obtaining first solution by dissolving at least one or more of transition metal nitrates into water; a step (b) of obtaining second solution by mixing water with a support for supporting at least one or more of transition metals contained in the at least one or more of transition metal nitrates; a step (c) of obtaining third solution by mixing the first solution with the second solution; a step (d) of obtaining fourth solution by mixing water with a precipitator for precipitating the at least one or more of transition metal nitrates; a step (e) of obtaining fifth solution by mixing the third solution with the fourth solution; a step (f) of obtaining at least any one or more of catalyst undiluted solutions from first catalyst undiluted solution prepared by precipitating the fifth solution for 30 to 120 minutes, second catalyst undiluted solution prepared by precipitating the fifth solution for 120 minutes to 24 hours and third catalyst undiluted solution prepared by precipitating the fifth solution for 24 hours or more; a step (g) of obtaining at least any one or more catalysts from first to third catalysts prepared by drying, milling, calcining, reducing and passivation treating at least any one or more of catalyst undiluted solutions selected from the first to third catalyst undiluted solutions; a step (h) of charging at least any one or more of catalysts from the first to third catalysts into chamber, and injecting an inert gas into the chamber as increasing temperature of the chamber to a synthesizing temperature of carbon nano fiber; a step (i) of removing oxygen on the surface of the catalysts by injecting a mixed gas of inert gas and hydrogen gas into the chamber; a step (j) of synthesizing carbon nano fiber by injecting a gas containing hydrogen gas and carbon into the chamber; and a step (k) of cooling temperature inside the chamber to an ordinary temperature as injecting inert gas only into the chamber.
