PURPOSE: A device for preventing the pollution of a battery charge terminal in a mobile communication terminal is provided to prevent that impurity is attached on the surface of the battery charge terminal by covering the battery charge terminal and preventing that the battery charge terminal is exposed. CONSTITUTION: A concave groove(102) is formed at a uniform depth in a body(101) of a battery so that a plurality of charge terminals(103) are located in a lower surface. A slide guide groove(107) is formed in an upper end of the concave groove(102) of the body(101). A slide member(106) slides up and down following the slide guide groove(107), and opens and closes the concave groove(102). The slide member(106) has a cover portion(105) and an operation asperity(104). The cover portion(105) slides up and down following the slide guide groove(107), and opens and closes the concave groove(102). The operation asperity(104), protruded at one surface of the cover portion(105) by one body, easily operates the upper and lower movement of the cover portion(105).
