The distractor has a link part (2) connected with another link part (3) through a rotation axis (4). A grip unit (6,8) and a pliers unit (5,7) is provided on each link part. A valve (12) is seatable in an area of a free axial ends of the pliers unit and releasably connected by a securing mechanism of a type. A push button of the type is provided on the mechanism through, which the connection can be released. The grip units are provided on a side relative to the rotation axis and the pliers units are provided on another side lying opposite to the former side.
