FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using reinforcing structure manufactured as net having composite material. The net is introduced into created groove at individual depth. The net has trapezoid shape and required size selected so that 1/2 to 2/3 of its size is to be inside of the groove and the free part is to substitute the defect. The net is covered with masking agent to retain its cellular structure and is built-in into the groove occupying the whole width of the cutting tooth edge. Then the groove is filled with liquid plastic composite material and directed polymerization is carried out. Final repair is carried out with composite material for anterior teeth. Final filing and grinding are carried out at the second day after the repair treatment. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; long service life of repaired teeth. 2 cl, 6 dwg
