PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the design man-hours, manufacturing cost and managing cost of an inductor component. SOLUTION: A lower insulating layer 14 in which a lower band conductor 16 and through holes 18, 20 are formed, an insulating layer 22 in which through holes 24, 26 are formed, and an upper insulating layer 28 in which through holes 32, 34 are formed, are laminated. Consequently, a coil conductor is wound spirally around an axis orthogonal to the laminating direction. Electrode pads 44 connected to respective through holes 32, 24, are formed on the uppermost insulating layer 42, and the value of inductance can be changed by selecting two electrode pads 44 employed for an input terminal and an output terminal.
