PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a sense of unity among a plurality of Web sites provided from each of a plurality of timeout management servers. SOLUTION: A timeout management system 10 is provided with a plurality of timeout management servers 100, 200 each of which receives access based on a temporary access right through a communication network 400, provides a service to an access source and manages so-called timeout processing and a client 300 for storing access rights of the timeout management servers 100, 200 in parallel. The timeout management server 100 is provided with an access generation part for generating access to the other timeout management server 200 on the basis of the access right of the client 300 which responds to access to the server 100 by the client 300.
