PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator circuit which can obtain a rush current reduction effect adjusted to specification of output stabilized capacity by changing the capacitance value for deciding time constant. SOLUTION: The regulator circuit is provided with a power terminal, a ground terminal, a reference power source, an amplifier controlling output voltage, a MOS group controlled by the amplifier, a diode group clipping gate voltage of MOS, a control circuit controlling the diode group by a time constant and Ra and Rb, which adjust output voltage.
