PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an air tank for arranging two air tanks so as to grapple a support section. SOLUTION: The mounting structure comprises the support section 16 having arrangement surfaces 18 on both surfaces, a first air tank 10 arranged on one arrangement surface 18 of the support section 16 via the first band member 22, and a second air tank 10 arranged on the other arrangement surface 18 via a second band member 23 so as to grapple the support section 16 after arranging the first air tank 10. The second band member 23 is fastened by a fixing member 24 arranged from the first air tank 10 side, and is disposed on the arrangement surface 18 inclinedly toward the separation side of the second air tank 10 so as to prevent the first air tank 10 from disturbing the fastening by the fixing member 24.
