PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underground inundation preventing equipment which is equipped with a function of rapidly preventing an underground street from being inundated by a flood. SOLUTION: A wired waterproof sheet (4) is joined to a supporting member (3) in a sandwiched manner; a turning lid opening part (8) is firmly joined to the supporting member (3); a conical water-sealing plate (5) is firmly joined to the supporting member (3); the opening part (8) is inserted into an entry hole (9) in such a manner as to push a turning lid (7); and the plate (5) and a conical supporting protrusion are fitted and inserted into a conical groove (6) and a conical fixing protrusion (12).
