PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect gases such as vapor generating from a plurality of layers in a roof floor waterproof structure of outside insulation and radiate them into the air and appropriately prevent various inconveniences due to the swelling of the waterproof layer. SOLUTION: The roof floor waterproof layer multiple deaeration structure for outside insulation is provided with the backing concrete 1 of the roof floor, a plurality of cover layers laminated on the backing concrete, and a deaeration device communicating with a clearance between the backing concrete 1 and the cover layer in contact therewith and a clearance between mutually abutting cover layers to dissipate moisture, gas and other substances into the air. The deaeration device is constituted of a first deaeration means communicating with the clearance between the backing concrete 1 and the cover layer in contact therewith a second deaeration means communicating with the clearance between respective cover layers in contact with each other, and a rainwater cover 31c of both deaeration means.
