PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily center and adjust a column and an anchor bolt of a continuous footing and obtain a high-strength fastening state suitable for a wooden three-floor house. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt holding sleeve (11) in which water perforations (11a) are distributively opened at a body face is vertically embedded fixedly in a predetermined position corresponding to the column (Y) with the placed concrete of the continuous footing (C). An anchor bolt (12) integrally built in a penetration state into a sill (X) in advance is implanted into the holding sleeve (11) almost together with the infilling of grout mortar (M). After the curing of the mortar (M), a holddown metal (A) is connectedly screwed in a series of an upright state to the upper end of the anchor bolt (12). Finally, by fixedly inserting the column (Y) into the holddown metal (A) from above, a framing state to the sill (X) is kept. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
