PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a construction capable of improving the moisture absorbing/releasing properties. SOLUTION: The panel for the construction has a panel body 10 forming a hollow section, which can be ventilated, and a moisture absorbing/releasing material 30 having the moisture absorbing/releasing properties and being housed in the hollow section of the panel body 10. The material 30 is housed in the hollow section of the panel body 10 under the state in which the material 30 is charged into a housing bag body 32 having air permeability. A surface, through which air can be vented in the hollow section of the panel body 10, is formed of a metal plate 20, and vent holes 22 are formed by carrying out a boring working towards the rear side from the surface side in the metal plate while pushing projecting sections 23 pushing the housing bag body 32 are formed of an excess thickness section turned up to the rear side.
