PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a cut dimension of a tape on a tape cutter when an adhesive tape is cut, rotate a roll using force for pulling a tape from the tape cutter, drawing the same dimension as the dimension of the tape pulled, and display the dimension as a cut dimension of the tape. SOLUTION: A tape cutter and a tape-measure scale are combined, and a roll is rotated by the length of a tape pulled using the force for pulling the tape from the tape cutter and a distance of movement, and the tape-measure scale is pulled out by as much as the length of the rotation of the roll, therefore, the length of the tape pulled out and the length of the tape withdrawn are the same, and the scale size appearing on a dimension display window is displayed as a tape cut dimension. The scale pulled out by reversing the roll via an electromagnet clutch is returned to the original position and the displayed dimension is set to 0-point to wait for the next tape cut.
