PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container with a lid, which is excellent in appearance, easy to assemble, and does not collapse by an operation of opening/closing the lid. SOLUTION: The folding container 1 includes a base 2, front, rear, right and left side faces 3 and 4 each including a thick rim 3b, corner joints 5 for connecting the base 2 with the respective front, rear, right and left side faces 3 and 4, and the lid 10 provided on the rear side face 3. The respective side faces 3 and 4 have thick rims 3b and 4b, inner walls 3c and 4c, and base contacts 3d and 4d successively provided to develop respectively on front, rear, right and left outer walls 3a and 4a connecting with the base 2. A front lid part 10b and a rear lid part 10a are successively provided to develop between the rear outer wall 3a and the thick rim 3b, to have the lid 10 formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
