PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin patch sheet in which a support is excellent not only in adhesiveness to a hydrophilic paste, but also in flexibility and transparency and is free also from sense of imcompatibility when applied to the skin. SOLUTION: The skin patch sheet comprises a support obtained by bonding a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric having≤25 g/m<SP>2</SP>basis weight to a thermoplastic resin film and having≤95% haze value and≤45 N/19 mm width 10% modulus and a hydrophilic paste applied to the nonwoven fabric or the woven fabric of the support and containing a water-soluble polymer substance and a medicine.
