The torque support, especially for the support of a motor at a vehicle chassis, has two bush housings (11,12) containing inner sleeves (30,31), linked together by a support arm (13) and an elastic damper (20) vulcanized to both bush housings and supporting both sleeves. The damper has an inner opening (21) near the first bush housing, to take its sleeve pressed in with a radial pretension. The bush housings and the carrier arm form a carrier cage (10) for the vulcanized damper.
