PURPOSE: A wireless terminal having an ear microphone is provided to operate a power on/off function or a volume adjustment function by composing the first and second switches in the ear microphone. CONSTITUTION: An ear microphone(210) has a four-pole jack(212), the first switch(SW1), a dry cell(218) and the second switch(SW2). The four-pole jack(212) has a speaker pole(S), a microphone pole(M), a ground pole(G) and a power on/off pole(OF) for forming a speaker path(SPK), a microphone path(MIC) and a ground path(GND). The first switch(SW1) is installed between the speaker path(SPK) and the microphone path(MIC). The dry cell(218) generates a predetermined voltage. The second switch(SW2) installed between the power on/off pole(OF) and the dry cell(218) provides the voltage generated in the dry cell(218) to the outside through the power on/off pole(OF) of the four-pole jack(212). A jack connector(202) connects to the four-pole jack(212). An MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(208) receives a signal generated according to the on/off state of the first and second switches(SW1,SW2) through the jack connector(202), and performs a predetermined operation.
