METHOD FOR PRODUCING TWO-LAYER PUDDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing in a short time a flavorful two-layer pudding using neither cumbersome operation of refrigerating the respective layers or leaving them to stand in putting them into a container nor any special additive such as a special gelatinizer nor any special operation such as pH adjustment compared to conventional two-layer pudding production methods.

SOLUTION: The method for producing a two-layer pudding involves making a pudding material and a cream material differing in specific gravity from each other respectively and effecting layer separation by making use of the specific gravity difference.
