PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-carrier receiver for realizing more superior reception quality. SOLUTION: This multi-carrier receiver is provided with a sub-carrier extracting unit 4 for correcting phase rotation and deviation of timing due to frequency offset of a reception signal by using a frequency offset correction quantity and a timing correction quantity, and extracting a sub-carrier symbol from the corrected reception signal; sub-carrier phase rotation correcting unit 8 for correcting the phase rotation of the sub-carrier symbol by using a sub-carrier phase rotation correction quantity; a spreading code removing unit 9 for removing the phase rotation due to a spreading code from the sub-carrier symbol after subjected to the phase rotation correction; demodulating unit 10 for demodulating the sub-carrier symbol after removing the spreading code; and correction quantity estimating unit 11 for estimating a frequency offset correction quantity, a timing correction quantity and a sub-carrier phase rotation correction quantity on the basis of the sub-carrier symbol after removing the spreading code.
