PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation training system equipped with a human system simulator which enables a single trainee to have a training of operation that a plurality of operators cooperate to do. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a simulating device 4 for object facilities that at least one trainee operates, at least one human system simulator 2a or 2b which performs the cooperative operation instead of other trainees, and a communication interface device 3 through which the trainee 1 and human system simulator 2a or 2b communicate with each other.
