PERFORMANCE EVALUATION DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM FOR RADIOACTIVITY DETECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance evaluation device, a method and a program for radioactivity detector capable of automatically shifting to measurement after a performance evaluation of a radioactivity detector and simplifying the operation. SOLUTION: MCA (multichannel analyzer) 20 converts the measurement result of a sample measured with a radioactivity detector 2 into spectral data as shown and inputs to the performance evaluation device 100. The performance evaluation device 100 carries out a performance evaluation of the radioactivity detector 2 and controls the radioactivity measurement of the radioactivity detector 2 according to the evaluation result.
