PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by controlling the input power with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A magnetron 9 is driven by a driving circuit 12, and a control circuit 35 for controlling the driving circuit 12 is provided to control the input power to the magnetron 9. The control circuit 25 has a ROM storing a control index for controlling the input power to the magnetron 9 at a predetermined value, and controls the driving circuit 12 on the basis of the control index.
