PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a tensioner enhancing adhesiveness and assemblability of an arm and a shoe. SOLUTION: The structure forms a hooked part 5a in proximal end of the shoe 5 and provides a hook 6 extending to terminating end side of chain travel on an intermediate part and forms an inversely T-shaped protuberance 8 on lower face of a tip part. The structure perforates a plurality of apertures 2b on shoe installation face 2a of the arm 2 and forms an upper face visible T-shaped aperture 7 on a termination part of the chain travel of the arm 2. Assembled procedure engages to insert the hook 6 formed on the shoe 5 and the inversely T-shaped protuberance 8 through the apertures 2b of the arm 2 and the T-shaped aperture 7 and engages the hooked part 5a of the proximal end of the shoe with a starting end part of the chain travel of the arm 2. Thereby, the arm 2 can make in one piece with the shoe 5 easily and the shoe 5 and the arm 2 also enhance the adhesiveness because they engage with each other in plural places. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
